Looking for a role where kindness, patience and consistency really count?

We’re supporting local schools and specialist settings who are looking for Care Support Workers to help children and young people who need a little extra support to get through the school day. What the role involves:

  • Supporting children and young people with additional needs throughout the school day

  • Assisting with personal care where required, always with dignity and respect

  • Helping pupils feel safe, regulated and ready to learn

  • Supporting behaviour, routines and emotional wellbeing

  • Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams

This role could be right for you if you:

  • Have experience in care, support work, health or similar settings

  • Are calm, patient and confident in supporting others

  • Understand that behaviour is often a form of communication

  • Are comfortable with personal care and emotional support

  • Want a role where your compassion makes a real difference

What you’ll get with Protocol Education:

  • Weekly pay through PAYE, no umbrella companies

  • FREE access to our online CPD Academy

  • Ongoing support from a friendly, dedicated consultant

  • Opportunities to work in supportive, well-run settings

  • A smooth and supportive registration process

Are you Thrive trained?
